What is Candida? Explained for not so dummies

Early in the morning, when you wake up and didn’t eat or drink anything yet, you spit into a glass of water. But, to be certain you would need a lab test confirmation, because this home test can also indicate numerous other conditions, like heavy metals, parasites, allergies, and more. So if you see nothing other than the spit staying on the surface, you have a strong indication that you have no excessive Candida.
